Men’s Group: Tending the Flame

February 19 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Modern culture often leaves men feeling disconnected from our communities, our families, our partners, and even from ourselves. We get messages about how we “should” think, act, and feel, but rarely have spaces where we can slow down, speak honestly, and explore what it actually means to be a man today.

This group is limited to 8 seats. Tickets are pay what you can between $30 and $180 (which is $2.5 to $15 hourly) for the 6 session series. You are encouraged to attend each of the sessions as the content will be compounding from start to finish. Registration will close when all 8 seats are filled.

This therapy group is a supportive and structured space for young men to reflect deeply on the experience of masculinity, to share what’s real, and to learn from one another. Here, we examine the internal and external forces that shape how we move through the world: from cultural expectations to personal hopes and struggles.Whether you’re navigating relationships, work, family dynamics, identity, or the pressures of societal expectations, this group offers a place to explore those experiences with care, curiosity, and respect.

About the Facilitators:

Erik “Joel” Pye is a facilitator, community builder, and lifelong question-asker who creates spaces where people can show up fully- messy, curious, emotional, and real. As a host, Erik invites others into conversations that explore identity, vulnerability, and the stories we’ve inherited about what it means to “be a man.” He believes that freedom begins with unlearning, and that emotional honesty is a form of resistance.
