With a personal style that is warm, empathetic, respectful, and collaborative, LaCretisha guides her clients in self-reflection and self-discovery by posing questions, sharing observations, drawing connections to offer explanation and meaning, and nurturing their capacity to effectively navigate the complex challenges of life.
In addition to her work as a counselor, LaCretisha has years of experience working in career services and student development in higher education. She is an experienced speaker on topics related to career exploration and career development. She also has experience teaching at the University level.
