This engaging and interactive workshop will teach you how to use laughter and play as a tool to increase intimacy in your relationship. Play is the window into curiosity; this is where listening, learning, creativity, and love show up. Discover motivation, vitality, and connection as you experience this creative approach to increasing endorphins, dopamin, serotonin, and oxytocin – hormones and chemicals responsible for helping you experience pleasure, wellbeing, love, and connection.
Laughter is a unique stress-management approach to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing that began in 1995 and has spread to over 100 countries. This workshop is taught by Simeon Darwick Birnbaum, a professional laughter coach and facilitator who is happy to share his wisdom and experience with friends of Kalamazoo Therapy Group.
Join us on Sunday, April 30 from 10-11:30am to find more intimacy and connection in your relationship. Find out what is possible when you become more playful!
